Gamescom 2026

At the end of August 2026, Gamescom brought the whole video game industry together in Cologne. For the 35th anniversary of Creative Europe’s MEDIA programme, we handled the social live on site, for three days, for the Creative Europe accounts. The idea: shine a light on the people who make European video games, independent studios, creators, developers, publishers and decision-makers, and bring the MEDIA stand to life at the pace of the fair.

Daily recaps, portraits, interviews, questions for the vodcast: we produced content nonstop, designed for the feed and stories, shot, edited and published on the spot.

And to speak to gamers, we spoke their language. Every format opens with an intro inspired by video games, with its title screens, counters and graphic codes. We also came up with a whole series of little games to play with the public: true or false, timed pitch, Frame it, GIF making, all built from the world of video games.

To host them, we teamed up with ProxyFox: a familiar face for the gaming community, who walked the aisles, met the studios and pulled the public into the challenges, with the energy of a stream.
